We support people to do the extraordinary everyday.

RB Care Homes is a national provider of care homes and staffing services with over 35 years of experience and dedication to enhancing quality of life for others.

We are proud of our compassionate home care program designed to help people stay healthier and longer.

Who We Are

Recognised and approved by commissioners, inspectorates, NHS, and social services, our Operations Team, Mohaan and Raqia, have experience in the healthcare sector going back 35 years. They have worked with more than 200 care homes, providing guidance for new start up’s, crisis management, the provision of care services, and registration advice.

Implementing their own personally developed ARASP (Absolute Risk Assessment Strategy Planning) has assured regulatory compliance and mitigated risks in controlled care settings in both England and Wales. The team has been commissioned to manage projects and provide care homes for hedge funds, worldwide investment groups, overseas hospitals, and governments.

Our mission and vision

RB Care Homes is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organizations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).

Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained medical professionals and aides. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth disease-specific training so that they can deliver specialized care to our clients.

At RB Care Homes, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.

We provide everyone we support with the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage Service Users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to move on to more independent living arrangements.

We facilitate and support our Service Users to pursue meaningful and personalised lifestyles. We provide individually planned education & leisure opportunities to support each individual in their ongoing development.

Raqia Bibi

Operations Director

Raqia earned her first degree in business economics, which heralded her career in banking and finance. Since then she has made a name for herself working for internationally recognised companies like Lloyds, TSB, Scottish Widows, and GC Banking. Raqia then went on to specialise in healthcare finance, where she was introduced to hands-on care home operations management in 2002. Since then she has operated and managed several care home groups , focusing on residential nursing, dementia, learning disabilities, and more.

Raqia has a proven history for establishing best practices, trouble shooting issues, lifting bed embargos, and adult protection (or SOVA) issues. She also has a wealth of experience managing large nursing staff over multiple locations, departmental budgeting, healthcare logistics, purchasing, and creating industry recognition for her bespoke administration processes.

As a joint creator of ARASP (Absolute Risk Assessment Strategy Planning), Raqia has been able to assist healthcare providers and companies via a robust business, financial, and health & safety risk assessment system. This enables businesses to benefit from economies of scale and generate organic sales growth.
